“The Women’s Market not only opened doors for new business opportunities it opened doors to a large network of women in business in Sault Ste, Marie.  After relocating back to the “Soo” I struggled to meet other like-minded women in business until I was a vendor at the Women’s Market.  The Women’s Market is so much more than a trade show – it is an event – it is fun for both the attendees as well as the vendors. Fun turns attendees into buyers and that is the topping on the cake!

  Here's a bit about me

  Born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. As with many Northern kids, further education took me to Toronto where I attended York University majoring in Fine Arts. I then totally diverted from my artistic path ending up in IT. After 25 years in Toronto I chose to return to the Soo and revived my creative passion with a different approach this time around. I design and create home decor & accessories guided by the reuse & recycle philosophy wherever possible. I combine my creative vision with a wide range of practical skills and materials to energize objects into one-of-a-kind statement pieces. I love what I do now!

  Things I love most

  Wow! So many things that I love - to keep it simple yet somewhat insightful: family and friends; a good belly laugh; summer days & evenings (without mosquitoes); the feel of a warm summer breeze on my face as I speed across the lake in a boat; pasta (in any form) a good bottle of white wine and chocolate (of course)!
